Terms and Conditions

Seattle Dryer Vent Cleaning

Effective Date: March 4, 2026

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Seattle Dryer Vent Cleaning’s services, website, and communications. By scheduling or receiving service from Seattle Dryer Vent Cleaning, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Seattle Dryer Vent Cleaning provides dryer vent cleaning, inspections, and related home services. Service availability, scope, and pricing may vary depending on property conditions and accessibility.

2. Estimates and Pricing

Quoted prices are based on the information provided at booking (such as floor level and vent termination location). If job conditions differ onsite (for example, inaccessible venting, unsafe roof access, hidden damage, or non-standard duct routing), pricing or scope may require adjustment with customer approval before work continues.

3. Access and Safety

Customers agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the dryer, vent path (interior and exterior), and work areas. For roof-vented systems, service may be declined or rescheduled if roof conditions are unsafe due to pitch, height, weather, surface material, or other hazards.

4. Scheduling, Rescheduling, and Cancellations

Appointment times are scheduled in service windows. Customers may reschedule by contacting us as early as possible. No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in a service fee (if applicable), which will be disclosed at the time of booking.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Ensuring pets are secured during service

  • Clearing access to the dryer and surrounding area

  • Informing us of any known issues (electrical, vent damage, roof access concerns, etc.)

6. Results and Limitations

Dryer vent cleaning improves airflow and reduces fire risk, but results may vary depending on dryer condition, vent routing, equipment issues, or prior damage. Seattle Dryer Vent Cleaning does not guarantee specific drying times or appliance performance if there are underlying mechanical issues with the dryer.

7. Property Protection

We take reasonable care to protect floors and work areas. Customers agree that some homes may have fragile finishes or aging components. Any concerns about sensitive areas should be communicated before service begins.

8. Communications and Text Messages

By providing your phone number, you agree to receive service-related calls and texts such as scheduling updates, appointment reminders, and customer support messages. Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

9. Privacy

Customer information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. Seattle Dryer Vent Cleaning does not sell or share customer information with third parties for marketing purposes.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Updates will be posted with a revised effective date.
